Essential Qualifications
Each position demands specific academic credentials:
- Engineers: Full-time degrees in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, etc.); Diplomas may be considered with additional experience.
- Marketing: Engineering degree + MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain/Operations).
- Material Management: Engineering degree or PG in Materials/Logistics/Operations or MBA in related fields.
- Finance & Accounts: CA Inter/ICWA Inter or MBA (Finance).
- Human Resource: MBA/MSW/PG in HR, IR, Labour Welfare.
- Company Secretary: Membership of ICSI.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari: PG in Hindi/English with translation experience.
- Shortlisting: Based on qualifications, experience, and if required, a written test or group discussion.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will face an interview.
- Medical examination: Mandatory medical fitness clearance from a government CMO.
Travel allowance (sleeper class) will be provided for interview travel beyond 50 km.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: ₹40,000/- per month consolidated fee.
- HRA/Accommodation: Quarters provided (subject to availability) or ₹10,000/- HRA for office postings.
- Increment: 5% annual increment post successful completion of each year.
