Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university approved by UGC/AICTE (Regular mode only)
- No ATKT in final year/last two semesters
- Minimum 55% average marks
- Equivalent degrees must be supported by a university-issued equivalence certificate

First Tier (Preliminary Exam)
- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Total Marks: 100
- Subjects:
- Reasoning – 15 marks
- Quantitative Aptitude – 15 marks
- English – 20 marks
- Gujarati – 20 marks
- General Knowledge – 10 marks
- Computer Knowledge – 20 marks

Second Tier (Final Exam)
