The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP), Tamil Nadu, has announced a major notification for engagement of Apprentices for the year 2025-26. Applications are invited for Trade, Diploma, and Graduate Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
This is a great opportunity for ITI, diploma, and degree holders to gain hands-on technical training at one of India’s most advanced nuclear power facilities.

Educational Qualifications
- Trade Apprentice: ITI pass certificate in relevant trade (full-time).
- Diploma Apprentice: Full-time Diploma in Engineering from recognized board/university.
- Graduate Apprentice: Full-time Degree in Engineering/Technology or general streams (BA, B.Sc, B.Com).

Selection Process
- Based on marks obtained in ITI, Diploma, or Degree.
- Priority order: Land losers ➡️ Local candidates from Radhapuram Taluk ➡️ Tirunelveli District ➡️ Tamil Nadu ➡️ Others.
- In case of a tie in percentage, older candidates will be preferred.
