Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications (Minimum 65% marks required)
- Mechanical: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Mechatronics
- Electrical: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics
- Civil: B.E/B.Tech in Civil
- IT: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT)
Age Limit
- Upper Age: 27 years as on 20 August 2025
- Born on or after: 21 August 1998
Age Relaxation:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years

Stipend & Salary
During Training: Stipend: ₹50,000/month
Post Training (Asst. Manager - E1 Grade):
- Basic Pay: ₹40,000
- DA (49%): ₹19,600
- HRA (9%): ₹3,600
- Perks (35%): ₹14,000
- Total: ₹77,200/month
- Approx. CTC: ₹11 Lakhs/annum
Selection Process
Phase I: Online Objective Test (60 Marks)
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Subjects:
- General Awareness – 5 marks
- English Language – 5 marks
- Numerical Ability – 5 marks
- Reasoning – 5 marks
- Subject Knowledge – 40 marks
Phase II: Group Discussion, Writing & Interview (40 Marks)
