UPSBC Ltd. is seeking dynamic and committed graduate engineers for the following posts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Nationals.
- Professional/Essential Qualification:
- For Assistant Engineer (Civil), a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- For Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), a Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Qualifications must align with UPSBC Ltd. service rules.
- GATE Qualification: Candidates must be GATE-2025 qualified and possess a valid GATE SCORE-2025.
Candidates who appeared for GATE-2025 in disciplines other than Civil or Mechanical Engineering are not eligible.

Documents to Upload (Self-Attested Copies):
- Recent Passport size colored photograph.
- 10th Certificate or Marksheet.
- Graduation degree or Final Year mark sheet (or last semester mark sheet for candidates appearing for the final semester exam).
- GATE SCORE-2025 Card.
- Valid documents for reservation/age relaxation, if applicable.
- After submitting the online application, candidates must send the filled application form (in PDF format) along with all requisite documents to the UPSBC Ltd. email
upsbclrecruitment@gmail.com, clearly mentioning their application registration number.Only one application can be submitted with one GATE-2025 registration number.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE SCORE-2025 and adherence to eligibility criteria mentioned in clauses 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on GATE SCORE-2025 and All India Rank.
The decision of the authorized selection committee will be final for preparing the merit list and panel of selected candidates. - Document Verification: Selected candidates, as per the merit list, will be called for document verification.
It is mandatory for candidates to be present in person for verification and to produce self-attested valid, relevant documents as well as the original documents. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. No TA/DA will be permissible for appearing for document verification.
